Two platforms from the R&D division, each answering a failure we kept meeting in the field: firewalls blind to encrypted traffic, and perimeter trust that should never have existed.
Two platforms from the R&D division, each answering a failure we kept meeting in the field: firewalls blind to encrypted traffic, and perimeter trust that should never have existed.
Most firewalls inspect what they can see and quietly pass what they cannot. As traffic moved to HTTP/3, DNS-over-QUIC, and MASQUE, the blind spot stopped being an edge case and became the majority of the wire.
HORUS terminates and inspects those protocols directly through full proxy-based inspection, so policy applies to the traffic that is actually flowing, not the traffic legacy engines still understand. HorusOS classifies natively at the application and user level, which means policies read like intent: this application, this group, allowed.
HORUS and THE GATE are not two products bolted together. They share one engineering core, one threat model, and one engineering team that answers when either needs to change.
The perimeter dissolved and most networks kept pretending it had not. THE GATE replaces implicit trust with explicit verification: every user, every device, every connection, checked before any resource opens, from any location, to any site.
Sessions are brokered and moderated centrally. MFA and Active Directory plug in directly. Multi-site estates are managed as one. And because deployment requirements differ, it runs the way your environment demands: cloud, hybrid, air-gapped, or on-premise.
Data-residency requirements differ by sector and by law. Platforms ship in the model your compliance posture demands, not the one that is easiest for us.
